              1/23/23 we had our rub resurfaced it has since started to show signs of deteriorating. We’ve called left messages for a resolution and haven’t received a response. It hasn’t been a year and we were assured up to 10 years before a retouch or new purchase.

              Had cabinets resurfaced and new countertop along with soft close drawers. Somehow the salesman only ordered 5 drawers when it should have been 6. We were told 3 weeks for the drawer in middle of May. It has now been 10 weeks and still no drawer. Had to call after 7 weeks but apparently drawer not in. Very disappointed overall

              ******, I know it took more time than originally thought to get this drawer box in. I understand the original drawer box was never ordered from the first measurement. When we ordered the box, it came in at the wrong size and instead of modifying that box, I thought it best to get another one. It did come in but as explained by the technician we did have to put him on some commercial work out of town, delaying the response to you getting the drawer box installed. I myself, never thought it would take this long. I understand our technician was able to complete the work last week. I certainly do hope that you enjoy the new kitchen renovation.
