CC’s pool and spa services came out to take a look at the leak in my hot tub on December 13. when they showed up one of the employees smelled of pot. my Hot Tub was taken apart by the panels and they located the leak. They were not upfront about how much it would cost me for them just to take a look and diagnose it. They charge me 200 an hour. They were here for 2 1/2 hours and the majority of it they were sitting in the car or standing around. I felt intimidated and fear. They weren’t going to go away until they got some money from me. It was just me a single woman by herself with two guys here. The owner was not here and refused to return my phone calls or my text messages to discuss these charges. I really should’ve called the police, but I just wanted them off of my property, I checked my bank account and they cash that check within 30 minutes of leaving my house . They should’ve been upfront as to how much they charge per hour just to take a look and they were not. I feel like they have ****ed me of $600 and I’m better off than I was before. I still have a leak in my hot tub. Luckily another company who I bought it from has told me it’s under warranty and I did not hire them to fix the leak that would’ve been $3600. Like I said, fear and intimidation, is the reason why I paid them. Had I bothered to look at the reviews against them? There are several bad ones on Google. This is a lesson learned by me, but I want to get the word out there that they are crooks. **** ******* ****** is the owner. he should not be in business. He doesn’t stand his word and try to make things right. I want to get the word out there to warn others so that they are not taking advantage of the way I was.
