            I had granite counter tops installed, while they were installing they did not protect my hardwood floors. They actually damaged my hardwood floors so badly that my floors need to be sanded down and refinished. After 7 months of promises to repair my floors. Their sales consultant states that he would like to send his buddy to spot sand my floors. Which is unacceptable, I want my floors to look like, they looked before these people damaged them badly. I got 2 estimates from 2 reputable company's 1 for $950 and another for $850. ******* the sales rep has promised he would put my floors back to the way they were before his company damaged them, I have texts from ******* stating this. I feel small claims court is my only option. If the BBB can help that would be great, but if not others must be aware of these types of business practices.

            We couldn't be happier with Michael and Buddy at Oklahoma Granite & Stone. We had to do almost all the arranging by phone, but they were super efficient in calling us back, answering all our questions, and getting the job done. They helped us pick out the stone and gave us a great deal. They did granite in our kitchen, laundry room, and butler's pantry remodel and it looks WONDERFUL! We're just so happy with every aspect of this job!
