            I used to work for seeking sitters about 10 years ago, so I was confident that the service would be reliable. Three weeks ago when I signed up, I was assured that after paying the 59.99 membership fee I would be able to book and find a sitter. That was a lie. Because I used to be a sitter, I still get their emails. The request for my job did NOT go out three weeks ago when I signed up, it went out 30 minutes ago on the day of my requested job. Meanwhile, no one has communicated with me about the lack of availability. They let me know that this area took a hit after COVID AFTER paying to enter the membership. Therefore, I have been scammed out of 59.99 that I want to be refunded to me as the business was unable to uphold their end of the deal.

            I thought that this service would be available to me, so I paid the $60 signup fee and signed up. As soon as I did that I got a message: "Your zipcode does not match a location but we are working with our team to see who is closest to you so that we can service your area". So it seemed like they actually *aren't* available here. You'd think they could have told me that *before* collecting my $60. This appears to be a complete scam that just harvests the sign up fee and then doesn't provide any actual service.
