            Blue Knight Pool Service ripped me off. They failed to properly install the self-chlorinating and self-cleaning systems, and they damaged the pop-ups in my pool. I soon became dissatisfied. They charged me $5100, and they wouldn't issue me a partial refund. I estimated that $2500 should be refunded to my charge card. Dax, the owner refused to refund that, although supposedly he was giving me a partial refund on the creepy crawler machine. It has been two weeks and no sign of the money. When I called the office, ****** the woman who covers the calls was very churlish and rude; and she wouldn’t let me speak. My complaint wasn't listened to: she said "we can stop talking as it doesn't matter.” After they had installed the "systems", the water was green with algae. Upon consulting another pool service, I was informed that my pool is too big for a creepy crawler. And that the self-chlorinating system wasn't working. I then returned to weekly upkeep of the pool with chlorine tablets. Do not trust Blue Knight! They don't stand behind the services and products they sell. Blue Knight Pool Service ripped me off.
