I see many postings online from this company for rental properties around Tucson, and after applying for one over 2 weeks ago, I am still seeing new advertisements posted on the same property. Maybe it's totally legal for them to collect as many non refundable applications for each property as they want, but they are obviously ignoring or disapproving most of these applications.. I called them to ask about the approval process and they clearly stated they collect multiple applications and compare them until they find the best applicant to approve.... The problem I have with this company is they are clearly taking money from people who need good housing fast and then blowing off the low income applicants as they continue to receive more.... It seems like if your low income expect to become $50 more poor for each adult that applies.... The rating and reviews of this company speak for themselves, but it just seems very morally wrong how they accept application fees for an indefinite amount of time only to keep needy families waiting and wondering how long to find out someone else got approved.... OH one other thing they offer RIGHT AWAY to unsuspecting applicants... "Don't worry if you don't get approved this time, your application is good for 30 days at any of our other properties!!" Total scam... Please people do not become a victim and do not apply here unless you are WAY over the requirements...
