This company came highly recommended. I did my due diligence & researched the company. I only found positive *************** always left conversations feeling that my home was in good hands. I was wrong. The employees sent to me where not all experienced. In conversation with one of the employees I asked how long they have been tearing up tile. Response was, not long, I just stopped working at Amazon. It was boring, this is better. I was promised that the owner would stop by on the day the job was being done. They did not. If they had I would not have had as many problems. As compensation for all the issues I settled with the owner for less money than the bid. However, after further investigation I found more damage. I sent him pictures & received no response. I sent him a certified letter stating all that I found. No response. Some of the bullets have been addressed some have not. Chip in vintage desk Closet door not removed which caused them not to close properly, even after your adjustmentScratches on both handles of the refrigerator, This is a new appliance The removal of the bottom of window frame thought to be molding by your employees Closet door not removed which caused them not to close properly, even after your adjustments Closet door not removed is frayed on the bottom. You advised sanding which is not possible because there is nothing left of the corner to sand They moved my bed without my knowledge & did not replace it All baseboards were not removed Toilet hardware leaks. There was no leak prior to removal Toilet left in the garage. Not disposed of Scratch on my range. This is a fairly new appliance Range not put back without bracket Kitchen veneer fell off & not put back. Was told did not know where it came from Taping & draping not removed from 3 skylights Front porch left with tile fragments No dusting provided Caught an employee rummaging through pantry & eating my food I can provide further info
