***************** called my Office to set up an appointment to look at having Cameras installed at His Home.
His Builder had previously prewired his Home for a Camera System. After speaking with ****************** and assessing His needs, I told Him that because of the location and lack of Internet Speed, Broadband and Wi-Fi, He should consider a Wireless System, such as those available from Ring or Blink. ****************** was very adamant that He wanted a Hard Wired NVR Camera System and he would take care of putting the System on line. I told him I would be happy to recommend several IT/Computer Companies, if he needed them.
I submitted a Bid the next Day 2/6/2024. I gave him the information about Hikvision and their App (Hik-Connect). Seven Weeks later , 3/26/2024, he called Our Company with the go-ahead to Order the Cameras. The Quote was re-send Customer signed off on the Order $4200 plus tax. Customer later requested Special Camera Mounts at an additional cost of $250.00
Their System ran great. They signed off ,that the System worked great as requested and and Paid us. We reinstructed them on 4/15/2024 after which they signed and initialized the Owners Checklist, stating they understood the instructions, System, and that it was working as it should. Our Technician also helped ******************, installing the Hik-Connect App. on Her I-Phone. Because of the Size of the Home , we recommended a Wi-Fi Extender. After ****************** (begrudgingly) installed an Extender, his Wife's Phone worked fine and last checked on 5/6/2024 was still doing great.
We are not able to upload Documents with Signatures, due to BBB upload Policies.
Please contact Us, if you would like to see the six Client Signatures and Initials stating that was all was in working order.
