Horrible Company and worthless service. They installed a brand new A/C mini-split system in my commercial building 6 months ago (Oct 2020.) Initially, I heard alot of rattling in the wind and when I called a roofer to check out the the roof, he advised me that none of the units were even mounted to the roof and the lines and units were free to bounce around in the wind. After weeks of waiting and plenty of excuses, they finally came out and mounted the units to the roof. But then, the roofer advised that they mounted them right into the new roofing, so they had to come back out and mount them on the appropriate mounting slats, so they don't damage the roofing. This company definitely lacks competence. I notified Calen (the only guy you can reach in the company) that the unit was not working on one side of the building and he said that he would order a new unit. Months and months later, after many failed promises and excuses, they finally installed the new unit last week (May 2021.) He informed me that they were too busy and that "other customers were without air conditioning too." It has been miserable holding events at my new business, in 86 degree weather, without working units. That is why I purchased a brand new system for my business (so that I could avoid being without heat and air conditioning!) After they installed the new unit, Calen informed me that the lines are leaking now, so the unit is still not working... he says the parts are on order. I wish that it were true, but, I am emotionally tired of dealing with this guy and wish that I would have taken these reviews more seriously and went with a more reputable company. Still no air conditioning (on one entire side of my building) in Sierra Vista!! Save your money and time and go with anyone else!!
