To whom it may concern, Date of transaction 3/4/2023. I did not authorize or participate in the following transaction, on unauthorized purchases of my credit card. I did not lose or lost my credit card. Someone was able to retrieve my credit card number upon investigating on my end. The charges are on my bank statement that was from Amazon. I called Amazon spoke with ******, to inquire about this transaction. Due to me not having an account with Amazon. They were unable to release information or reconcile my dispute of the charges. I called champion credit union on ****** ******. Spoke with the bank manager, ******** and inquired why the last charges 1 out of 5 was not returned. This is when she became rude, I was told “if I had been checking my account when the monthly statement came out, I would had seen the unauthorized charges and it would have prevented further recent unauthorizes charges coming out” I am so disappointed of the lack of empathy and professionalism. She talk over me several times in our conversation. I been a member for over 10 years with this financial institution. I ask to speak to the CEO, *****. He said “per policy and the fairness of the other members, he was unable to return my money” I also wrote a letter to the Champion in Credit Union, on 9/1/2023. I never received a call. I called every week on a Friday. I was told someone will call me back. This was the first, I was able to speak to someone at the Champion Credit Union on ****** ****** location. Please try to get my money back. I worked very hard for my money for someone to just take it without my permission and also the bank having an unattached concern of an attitude.
