            Baumann showed up on the date promised and took down the trees as requested. But in the process they used a forklift to move my swing set (I was not told this would be necessary) which broke the rebar stabilizing the swing set and leaving rebar dangerously exposed.I texted him when the workers were here June 6, and the following day, when I sent him a photo of the rebar sticking out of the ground, he said he would come by and fix the swing set.I texted him again June 20 and he told me he would have to send his handyman out because he was so busy. I texted him again July 5 and he said he would see where his handyman was.I have to heard from either person.If someone fell on the exposed rebar they would suffer serious damage.I feel I have been more than patient, considering the danger the rebar poses.
