This company has been the worst contractor I have had to work with period.The promise everything and anything to get the job and leaving the **** owner with a bad job and headaches.They are the worst in resolving problems and they do not care about doing a good job or keeping their promises they make while they are trying to get the job.This company has cause me a lot of headaches and I may end up taking them to court to have them own up to their mistakes, poor workmanship and just a bad job. They should be prevented from putting homeowners through very difficult situations such as water in your foundation and basement every time it rains. I have sent them pictures, three of their workers have come by but nothing is fixed.This company hires cheap sub-contractors and told that they will have to fix the problems. This company is NOT to be ************ YOUR MONEY and AVOID HEADACHES. They are also big with pushing for insurance claim work. Anytime there is a storm I am contacted to see if they can help. BUT they ignore the ongoing problem they created with the lack of reliable workmanship. Not sure what it is about this company that prevents them from doing a good job, fixing the problems that come up so we can move on with other things life instead of constantly worrying about water in the house when it rains. The owner is ignoring the problem. They have taken my money and ignoring their responsibility.I have filled out several guaranty forms they emailed me to fill out. BUT NOTHING GETS DONE.A shame that we as consumers have to work with companies such as this to fix our homes.Thanks to BBB, we have a forum to post the truth about our experiences with these type of bad example of a contractor. Do not work with this company. If you do you will end up with nothing but headaches.
