    October 13, 2023 30 day notice to vacate, effective 15 November November 13 finished moving November 14 cleaner spent 8 hours cleaning fans, light fixtures,etc. No walkthrough with manager December 4, 2023 Sent email authorizing $2200.00 debit by 11 December. REQUESTED ITEMIZED INVOICE FOR REPAIRS, ETC. DEDUCTED FROM $250.00 DEPOSIT. December 31, 2023 Aggressive collection letter received from L. Michael Landers, demanding $1950.00! No copy of invoice enclosed. January 2, 2024 Sent Priority mail, a letter asking for invoice, refusing to pay without it. January 8, 2024 Sent Priority mail, signature required, demanding invoice within 5 business days, or consider it paid in full. No acknowledgement

    Below one for all of the properties owned by Bell Management. Currently live in Wheatland ******************* Never repairs broken items in apartment just unhooks so you don't have it anymore. Took out all the garbage disposals cause maintenance was getting tired of helping tenants with clogged drains. They should be shut down apartments are dirty upon move in. They don't fix any items that are broken refrigerators, blinds, fans etc. They boast ceiling fans they took all them out. Didn't want to replace non working ones. Do not remove snow in the winter time. All electrical sockets so loose a plug in falls out. Tubs black rushed and cracked. Out dated heating and **. They are taking the ** units out as well. Water heater leaking but didn't care enough to replace. Roaches and Bed bugs everywhere health hazard. Was told not they're problem they don't live here. Supposed to be income based but rent is same price as other apartments locally. Crazy people wondering the grounds scared people are trying to get her. She screams and runs around property. Office personnel does not return or answer phone calls only shows up for work when convenient for them.
