      Called with a sewage smell, requested to have my wax ring replaced. Company gave a window of arriving and was 3 hours late of window time. 2 men came in and tightened my bolts on bottom of toilet and was at my home no more than 10 minutes. I told them I called for a replacement of wax ring and men were very rude and said they were not doing that. I called and spoke to owner and he was extremely rude and screamed at me. I am elderly and I feel they took complete advantage of me. They charged me $165.00 for a 10 min service call. I paid cause I felt threaten, 1 month later I received another invoice in the mail, when I called owner, he said that it had already been corrected, sent to wrong customer. I was never notified of the correction and I wouldn't doubt for a second that they would've taken my money again. No apologies. Would not recommend AT ALL!

      They came out and looked at our leaky shower. Told us they had to order a part. I was fine that they had to do that but I waited 3 weeks and no one even followed up with me. I reached back out just was told to wait part is still on order. Two months went by nothing. Called them back they called the parts people. Parts person said they would check and get back to them. He said he would call me back with an update. Another two weeks went by no follow up. Called back he said he told me he would only call when the part was in. He then told me he would just cancel my order that he was basically done with me bothering him. Just the worst customer service I have ever had.

      We called this company to request a service and was scheduled for Monday October 4th, they said the technician would be here between 8am and 12pm, they did not show. I called the company and was told the technician was on his way, but again he did not show. We again scheduled with this company for Thursday October 7th between 8am and 12pm, they did not show, I called again and was told the technician was on his way, this did not happen. We spent 2 entire days of our time waiting on this company to send out a technician and they never showed up or called to update us.

      The customer was notified as soon as the technician went home ill on 10/4/2021. In the middle of one of the worst pandamicas in American History, I cannot and will not put anyone's health and safety at risk. We rescheduled for 10/7/2021, and the technician got hung ** in another home. As I explained to the homeowner there three different times that we spoke on 10/7/2021, we cannot guarantee exactly what we walk into when we go into someone's home. The homeowner agreed that when we were in his home, we have had times that things took longer than expected. He decided that I had never left without facilities and it would be unfair to ask me to do that to someone else's home. To say that he was never contacted either time is a false statement and at no time did we ever tell the homeowner that a technician was on his way to their home. We did state that they were the next scheduled call and we would call when we were on our way.
