I would highly recommend PPS because of their communication, work ethic, quality of work and they want their customers to be satisfied! From the first time I called them to setup the installation to them completing the installation of my Dads hot water heater and making sure it was up to code was an amazing experience! Premier Plumbing Solutions (***) provided plumbing materials and services at our home. We paid over 30K for materials and services. We received a final lien waiver from *** for those materials and services. Shortly after receiving a final lien waiver, we failed plumbing inspection. We contacted the *** office and asked them to return to our home to address the failed plumbing inspection items. *** told us only our general contractor could schedule them. Our general contractor did not schedule *** and months later, we terminated our contract with our general contractor. We had to finish the outstanding plumbing work on our own which included putting escutcheons on several fixtures- pretty basic stuff that *** missed.Premier Plumbing Solutions LLC Response

As stated to you on a previous complaint. We had a contract with your General Contractor, not you. You fired said General Contractor which in turn canceled the contract we had with him. The final lien waiver was made out to them, not you, and it was for services we had completed prior to you firing them. It was made out as a final lien waiver because the contract was canceled and we would be doing no further work. Our hands were tied due to legality matters between you and them. We never had a contract with you, and because your project was tied up in the legal system with the *** we could not do anything further. The items in question that PPS "missed" are finish items that would have been completed on our final visit, which again, you had already fired your General Contractor prior to us being able to return. There are procedures that must be followed... not doing so results in messes like this.Review from Bradley J

While I have engaged in several business transactions (over $7000) with Premier, the customer service has taken a precipitous decline since the company has changed hands. I called for a service issue, a complication that has been recurring despite attempts to redress it by Premier, on Thursday and was assured that I would receive a call on Friday morning by the master plumber. I didnt - I called the office on Monday EOD to express my dismay.The office manager acknowledged the oversight, but indicated that the ************ outage on Friday precluded them from calling.Marginal service; lackluster performance for a routine customer.Premier Plumbing Solutions LLC Response

I apologize that there was a nationwide service interruption with our provider on a day we had promised to call you back. When speaking with you on the next business day, I was able to give you the information that the master plumber had asked us to give you. If it is an answer to a question that we can relay for you (which we did, and offered a discount due to not being able to call when promised) he will always have the office staff make the phone call instead of him. We are a small company, and he is an active plumber. He does not sit at a desk. I am sorry you feel our customer service has declined, but I assure you, the issue was being handled, and we did try to offer a discount due to the inconvenience of something that was out of our hands.Review from Heather G

They inspected and replaced my sump pump for me. My old pump wasn't working correctly and when it did, it leaked water back into the basement. They showed up when they said they would, did a great job, left no messes behind, and my basement is now leak free.
