My experience was terrible .I had a therapist named ****** at the ***************** salon. She was rude , unprofessional and tactful. She put hot towels on me took them off did not dry my body to leave uncovered with cold air. She massage only in one spot. I told her about this and she proceeded to be rude and actually began to *********** harder than normal .I told her so was massaging way too hard . I thought she was purposely trying to harm me (as I let the 2 front desk people know ) She also told me that i could leave if I wanted to . She left out of room and never returned. I stayed in the front about ***** minutes letting the front staff (2 woman know of my experience . She never came out to the front either after telling me that she would give me water and candy. I was told that I would receive a call from management. I have asked for the **************** number several times and everyone at the front desk claims that they do not have it. They also state the the manager will contact me. It has been almost 20 days and I have not heard from them as of today. I have called twice to leave messages. This business has terrible business ethics along with the head staff. The front desk people I must state are very kind and respectful and I am almost certain that the Manager was told on everyone of these occasions and had neglected to contact me or correct this situation.
