            Grassmasters is attempting to charge me for work not authorized, On Sept.20, 2022 They aerated my lawn without my authorization. At the time, I had construction going on in my front yard. Also, I had not located my irrigation sprinkler heads and I believe that they destroyed one head. Also, I have my yardwork done under contract with ***********************. I have contacted Grassmasters several times via phone, text messaging and letter to no avail.

            I would give zero stars if possible. I used to be a client. That ended early 2023 - Paid in full. I cancelled over *********************** authorization issues that happened more than once. Auto charging my cc for large unauthorized services. Eight months after I cancelled, I started getting text messages about a $400 delinquent bill - which is impossible because they had my cc on file. I have been trying to reach them since Nov 2023. It is now April 10, 2024. I have a page and a half of notes documenting every attempt I've made to contact this company. Phone calls, texts, "contact us" form submissions on their website. I even drove down to their building in Nov. They were closed but an employee came outside and apologized for the situation and assured me he would relay the message and have one of the owners call me back. That was Nov 2023. I have yet to hear from them. Although, a couple of months ago I did get a text asking how they could "win me back".
