I moved into my home on May 27, 2022. It cost $397,737.00. There has been one thing after another since I moved in and there were problems even during the walk through. There were spots on the front porch, and I was told by the project manager, they would be able to get them off. I paid for a garage door opener for three garage doors they didn't put in until I asked them to. In the living room, where the couch would be there was an electrical outlet and I was told it would be okay to stay there. I didn't agree with that. There is a seat in the master bath room shower that I didn't ask for or was it communicated to me in any way. The online photo did not display that. I paid $40,000 of up charges to have things the way I wanted them. We had many meetings with the real estate agent and project manager and this was not communicated or revealed until I walked through the house. There looks to be a defect in the shower in the Master Bedroom. There are cracks in the garage that I was told was normal and that's not normal for a new house. This was an inventory house but they built it from the ground up. ***** ******, the owner, told me that he cringed with everything I asked for. They are just now sodding the yard. The driveway has a piece that is missing. The builder told me to call the city and that the city would have to do that. The city told me that it was the responsibility of the builder. The builder told me that they would something in that gap at the bottom of the driveway that would be temporary and that is not acceptable to me. I want a permanent fix. The home is still of course under warranty. They are failing to honor their own warranty. The flooring in the house doesn't seem to be sturdy. The objects on the furniture move when you walk on the floor. Customer service said that that was something they would not touch. The dishwasher has water in it--and I've never used it. A plumber came out and couldn't figure it out. The manufacturer has been called. I have no other number for T. R. ****** other than customer service. I have been emailing a "****" who comes over even though he doesn't have an appointment with me. I'll include a punch list of the issues that are not included here but we are having issues with. The bottom line is that they are not honoring their own warranty. They need to honor their warranty. there are issues with the front door threshold (top left) is cracked.
