      Ive used this company for 3 years now but no longer! I first called them because it seemed like my home wasnt getting cool enough. They came out said my unit needed to be cleaned so they did and then talked us into a maintenance program. Last year they said it needed a new blower motor so we had them fix it. This year it was freezing the line on the indoor unit so we called them out. Needed coolant because it has a leak but cant tell how bad . So they were going to charge me $800 to put 2 lbs of coolant in not know if it was going to last 1 day or 1 year, Not happening. So I had them set an appointment for someone to come out and talk to us about a new unit. Why the guy was here he went down to look over what was going on with our existing unit then call me down to look at it. First he pointed out 2 vent in the basement that were not needing and needed to be closed off. Never was this brought to our attention for the last 3 years that they have been coming out, Initially because it wasnt getting cooler upstairs, which closing them off in the first place would have helped! Then he pointed out the filter which was our fault and then he pointed out that the fan was setting correctly when they installed our unit ( apparently, he did know it was his company that installed the fan last year) this company is something else.

      After almost being taken advantage of by another HVAC company, *********************** from Classic Aire Care came out and sold me a new HVAC system. It is the same type of system but made by Lenox which I know is a reputable product. He made sure I got all the rebates and what to use when I file my taxes. The 2 installers were very efficient and left the area around my furnace spotless . My house is so much warmer with the new efficient system. Cannot wait to see how the new A/C does in summer. The installers took their time to show me that there were no cracks in the heat exchanger. I will recommend Classic ********** to everyone

      The most RUDE & INEFFICIENT PLUMBING BUSINESS!!!LEFT HOSE OFF FOR WATER TO LEAK OVER ITEMS AND BAWLED ME OUT WHEN I COMPLAINED ??????

      Our 20-year old air conditioner died due to age. We found out August is a busy time for scheduling service or a system replacement. We were delighted to send a message to Classic Aire via their website and quickly had ******************************* at our home. After ***** determined what we needed. He made a few calls back to Classic Aire and they had replacement equipment on hand! Another phone call back to the shop and we had courteous and ************************ *****, **** and **** removing the old system and installing the new system. There was quick turn around; the techs were professional and courteous; they cleaned up every trace of the work they did. We were able to get a system and a payment plan we could afford. Highly recommend!

      I needed my kitchen sink drain cleaned out. The last time I had it done by another company, sewage was splattered all over my basement. It was a mess to clean up. I sort of dreaded having it done again, but I needed the kitchen drain cleaned. I tried Classic Aire Care this time, and I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The plumber started by attaching a pipe to the drain to contain the mess rather than just let it splatter all over. In the end, the drain was totally clear, and there was absolutely no mess left behind. Additionally, the plumber gave me some tips to help me keep my drain remain clearer. I will definitely use Classic Aire Care the next time.

      I have been absolutely pleased with everything Classic Aire has provided over the years. Im not a life long customer but I have used them on and off over the years as well as others ! Recently I was alerted that my 25 + year old furnace and AC would probably need to be replaced sooner than later. **** from the sales side came out a few days later and really took his time with me, he used to be a tech so gave me some insight on the equipment. He went over options and really just gave recommendations based on what I told him. I really appreciated him not trying to throw the best at me but recommend something to me that he felt I could handle as I'm not a techy person! After we talked, I explained that I wanted to think about it and get another bid probably, I did get one other one. Another local company came in spent about ***** mins with me and sent me a bid a few days later. There price was about $600 higher but overall, after the interaction I had with ********** felt so much more comfortable to purchase from Classic Aire. He showed up on the install date and sent a thank you card after the install, and I got candy about 3 weeks later! Top notch install team! Everything went smooth. Highly recommend them as a company.

      Let me start with the fact I was a very satisified, loyal customer of ********** *** for 21 years! It was not a good day when they merged with Classic Aire, but I was willing to give them a try. I had talked with a past technician who told me he was unhappy with Classic Aire's business practices. He said they were to upcharge every chance they get! So when a technician came in the Spring and passed my unit with flying colors I thought this person was negative to a company he had worked for. However, this Fall when another technician came for my Fall/Winter cleaning he wasn't downstairs for 3 minutes when he came up and said my heat exchanger was cracked and had rust holes. He showed me a picture supposedly of my system. When I asked how could that be, that my unit is only 6 years old and was never told of any issues. Then I asked about my warranty. He assured me it was covered, however the labor costs of 1700.00 was not. I told him I would think about it. He advised me to get a carbon monoxide detector to protect myself in the meantime. I called another company for a second opinion. Guess what?!!? No cracks or rust found and 0 emissions of carbon monoxide! This company was very surprised Classic Aire didnt shut down my unit until the heat exchanger was replaced if it was as bad as the technician stated! This company assured me my unit is running in top condition and no need to worry. He said the only thing Classic Aire did right was to force me to get a CM detector! Classic Aire has lost me as a customer. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of a loyal customer. You deserve to lose everyone!

We would have been happy to send out another tech or even meet the tech from another company and verify the crack in the heat exchanger or otherwise be proven wrong. We stand behind our diagnosis. Our customers are number one and safety is second to none. Please give us a call so that we can take appropriate action in this matter. With growing their will be growing pains but your safety and comfort should never be compromised.

      I called classic air care because the blower motor on my upstairs unit will just randomly turn on and start blowing when everything was turned off. A man came out and told me the blower motor needed to be replaced and it was under warranty but the labor was $394 to install it that is on top of the $109 service fee I had to pay for them to come out to see what the problem is.The next another guy comes out and replaces the blower motor took and it took him less than an hour and still wanted to charge me $394 for labor to install the blower motor which is under a 10 year warranty and was only six years old. Ive called three times now and no one has called me back. When I first called back I talked to a service manager who told me their labor rate was $160 an hour and I said why did you charge me $394 thats like 2 1/2 hours worth of labor and the guy was there less than an hour. He kept backtracking and saying those are costs that were built into that estimate but he couldnt break them down for me I asked to speak to a supervisor and he promised me that day last Thursday that he would call me back. That was five days ago including the weekend but still no response after my third call today. I would call that price gouging!

      We are a flat rate company. There is a up front price for the dispatch/diagnostic fee and there is a recommendation and pricing that is shared with the customer after diagnostic is preformed. We do not pressure customers into a repair. They have a choice to make an educated decision based on the information provided. Customers have the right to deny the repair or accept the repair. All of our techs would be happy to answer any questions on repair, pricing or warranty and then customer can accept or deny the recommended repair. The service manager did talk to the customer but we were not able to provide a complete break down per customers request after the tech left the home.       I agreed to have my hot water heater replaced and agreed to the price, even though I thought the cost was excessive ($2445, flat fee). Technician came and gave me total price on Saturday, August 20 and told me that service call fee and hourly service would be waived if I purchased now. Since I had heard nothing on Monday, I called and asked about install. Settled on August 25. Different Tech arrived than the one who gave the quote and new tech said he was unaware of the fact that PVC was used to connect main line to water heater and it would need to be replaced. He left to get supplies. Water heater delivered while he was gone and it was the wrong size. He phoned the vendor and loaded the incorrect one on his company truck and left, returning with the 2nd water heater. Problems: the water heater would not fit under the **** unit in our utility room so it would have to be moved out into the room; the pan would no longer fit since the unit was bigger around (another trip out); the electricity would not reach and so a junction box would need to be installed but he would cap it and an electrician would need to be dispatched. Took my money. I've called/chatted on their website/emailed Classic Aire Care 5 times to get the job completed and answer some of my questions about installation problems and have received no calls from them responding to my concerns. I agreed to the price so I'm not disputing that even though I think it's high; am not seeking replacement of the linoleum since the old water heater was fitted around it but with the new one being moved because it wouldn't fit it now needs to be replaced/repaired and not questioning their repair persons except that they should tell folks that the new one will not fit and logistically things will change. I just want the job to be completed so I can close this chapter and never use this company again.

      We came out on an emergency after hours call over the weekend. The water heaters did not pair up because one was tankless and the other standard. We have contacted the customer by phone and we have coordinated with the electrician that is needed in order to complete the install. We scheduled the wrong customer by mistake and fully own up to that. We will continue to stay in contact with the customer to ensure this is fully resolved and the customer is satisfied. The leadership team has been notified of this job and we intend to do everything we can to move forward. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right. We hope that we can gain a customer for life once the job is complete.

      Depends on what after hours means: we called on Saturday morning and they dispatched someone who, after giving us a quote said I should call on Monday to see when they would schedule the work to be performed, because the office help left at Noon. AND, we did not have a tankless system. I've received multiple calls from Classic Aire and every one of the people say basically the same thing. Sorry we want to make this right. I called again and then received a call saying they were responding to the BBB complaint and wanted to make things right. 6 days later I called to remind them that the electrician still had not verified a time frame for doing the electrical work. Today, ****, I received an email from Classic Aire's Manager of the Plumbing Department who volunteered to come out to our condo to review and discuss the work and also answered some of my questions......this is somewhat promising, and the electrician is supposed to come on **** but I don't have a time frame, but I'll wait to see what happens next.

      Waited 4 months for repair work to be done and then was told someone forgot to order the parts. There was damage to AC units during installation and after several (4) complaints and requests to the office for replacement, our bill was sent to collections. No repairs or replacement of the damaged condenser coils have been addressed. Constant denial.

      We are sorry that this customer was not satisfied. The coils that were damaged were ordered and on backorder. It was out of our control how long it took to the vendor to get the part. As soon as the part came in, we notified the customer and scheduled a crane to replace the part. We have pictures attached in the customers file of the completed work. This customer is not the owner of the building that the service was provided. We did have two other contacts on the account that the customer provided. We stayed in contact with the customers on file for this account. There were a few calls made into our office after the installation. However, these calls were to schedule a service call for other units that were not operating properly in the building. We provided service on those units as well. We sent the invoice over numerous times before turning the unpaid **** over to collections.
