              I had a hearing test and bought hearing aids from Southwestern Hearing Centers in Lebanon, Missouri and requested the results so that I can apply for a disability for hearing loss and they would not give me my results unless I paid them $150! I find that insane. I need that information in order to fill out the forms necessary to apply for disability. I'm already disabled with multiple sclerosis and live on a very tight budget. I don't have an extra $150 to pay for my own records.
