      I (Member ID: ************* am frustrated with their inability to process my claims correctly on 3 occasions. The claim #C123900819 for the routine in-network blood work at my OBGYN's office was filled by Northwestern medicine on 8/17/2021 and Healthlink processed the claim as out of network. When northwestern medicine sent me an invoice for outstanding balance of $ 45, I called Health link and they agreed over the phone on 4/25/22 that the claim was processed incorrectly, and it should be processed in network based on my plan which allows for 100% coverage for labs/blood work with in network provider (Ref # ******** for the call with *******). She sent it back for reprocessing with the expected timeline of ***** business days to process.While my claim was in reprocess northwestern medicine reported me to nationwide debt collector for lack of payment of $45. I have disputed it because the claim was still under process with Healthlink. A representative from health link on 5/23/22 also did a conference call for Northwestern medicine to pull my name out of ***erral because the claim was in reprocess Ref # **********. They did not as it was already reported.After 40 days and repeated calls and conversations with a supervisor named Josh *** # ******** who again confirmed that the claim was processed incorrectly based on my plan. On 6/21/22 , I called Healthlink to follow up on this claim and another one ( Date of service 3/3) where they processed an in network provider as out of network , I was informed that my blood work claim service date 8/17/21 was processed and this time with patient responsibility of $75 as it again was processed as out of network. The other claim for 3/3/22 service date was also processed incorrectly with *** # ********. I am not allowed to speak to anyone in claims and the customer service representative have no other answer other than we can send it back. This is absolute harassment. I am tired of HealthLink's incompetence.

      Cannot contact these people, extremely long wait times for a representative. Unable to evaluate their service as they are not able to be contacted.
