            I was given the name of this business in June of this year by my contractor. My sister had use them and had no problems. Due to frequent falls that have occurred at my house, my contractor made the lip going into my walk-in shower very low to the ground. This concerned me with the company putting in a glass door because I wanted to make sure that they would get it flush. I called the company, was told that the gentleman who had done the measuring had been doing it for 30 years. He called me himself and said it would be fine. Proximately two weeks ago the installer Jeremy came from the company and looked at the piece of flashing that the contractor had put in and said it would not be a problem. I have had water leaking out from underneath the shower door. Today I had a deluge of water coming out from underneath the shower door. I have followed all the instructions that I was given I called the company and they told me that there is no waterproofing on shower glass doors and I asked why

            Horrible customer service. They installed a ********************** backsplash and loosened the faucet. They said they could not tighten it because they don't have the tools. They said it was our job to hire a plumber. Unreal service, disregard for the customer, and don't leave a home better, or even the same as when they arrive. Definitely better options to choose from.

            We were contracted to install mirror work at the ******* ********** arriving on 8/30, we discovered a faucet installed in front of the area and blocking the area where the mirror was to fit. Instead of pulling off the job and having them call a plumber to remove it, we were given permission to loosen it enough to allow us to move it so mirrors could be installed. After the installation of the mirrors, we tightened the faucet back by hand as we do not carry plumbing tools and told them to have their plumber finish tightening. We were attempting to do a favor by not having the plumber come twice to remove then reinstall. After the customer called the shop to complain, we explained why we did not tighten the faucet and they were not satisfied. We sent a man back on 8/31 with the proper tools and tightened the faucet. The customer told us they were happy and we view this as resolved.
