    I ordered a floral arrangement on October 5th to be delivered to a funeral home that day. I was out of town and I called them and ordered the arrangement. I spoke with their employee and told her what I wanted. She read it back to me. I asked that they mail me the result of the transaction, the time it was being delivered, and the description of what I ordered. They agreed, but never sent it. I did a follow up call on October 31st and they told me about a delivery driver having jury duty. I do not know what that had to do with my transaction. I confirmed my address they had on record and they said they will send it.

    I ordered an arrangement from ***** FLOWERS and the customer service rep told me ********************** was going to make and deliver my order. At 4:30pm Im calling customer service for an ETA on delivery time and at 4:49pm I get an email saying my flowers were delivered. When I checked the front door and by the garage there was nothing. I called customer service back and they said theyd call Russell Florist. Russell Florist said the arrangement was never made and will be delivered later in the week. But yet, I paid extra for next day delivery and why would they process it as delivered if they never started making the arrangement. Russell Florist are thieves. Ill never use ***** FLOWERS again since they only contract with Russell Florist here in STL. Poor Service, ********************* definitely not worth the headache!

    Russell Florist apologizes for the problems you had on your recent floral purchase from ***** *******. You placed an order on ***** ******* website for delivery on December 22, 2022. ***** ******* contracts with Russell Florist to design and deliver your floral purchase. All fees, extra delivery charges, etc., plus the cost of the flowers and greeting card are all payable to ***** *******. As per our contract with ***** *******, we receive:Dog floral arrangement $59.99 Greeting card: $4.99 Total $64.98 These are the only amounts Russell Florist sees from your transaction with ***** *******. Charges above the total of $64.98 are additional charges by ***** ******* and Russell Florist does not have any knowledge of those additional charges or fees and did not receive any additional funds.The delivery confirmation issue was a mistake on our part, and Russell Florist is very sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused. The arrangement was made on the date requested and went out with a driver. Our driver confirmed a delivery he had not yet made. Our expectation is that our drivers complete delivery of all the packages they are given, and to contact us if there are any issues with delivery. That driver is no longer with us. When you called us the next day and let us know of the issue, we took immediate action to resolve the error. Your flower delivery was made before 1 pm.Again, Russell Florist is sorry for the employee error on the delivery confirmation.However, the floral purchase you made on ***** ******* website and all the extra charges you incurred are with ***** *******.

    Mistakes do happen and Ive used Russell Florist since this incident without any problems. **************** and delivery have both been incredible and I will continue to use Russell Florist just without the middle man **** flowers.
