I wish I could give them a 0! Worst service from ******. Sent same wrong part to me twice. Had 2 different catalog numbers. They did not go with the serial # or model # of my machine. He didnt even try to help find the correct part for me. Will never use them again. Dont recommend any one else do either. They have a 20% restocking fee and had to spend shipping too, twice.

Customer ordered two different ********************** for two different machines on her first order. Then complained that they did not fit together. Customer created a return for the first order. *** reached out several times and tried to find the correct part. She was looking for a seat pad and plastic seat pad cover for her machine. *** was unable to provide Model and serial information until after her first order was returned. We explained to Joy multiple times, as she chatted in several times a day, that the pad for her machine has been changed from the manufacturer and that the old-style plastic covers would not fit the new style of pad. The plastic cover is only for the old-style seat. *** then decided to order the plastic cover that is actually linked to her machine. Even though there was a clear note stating that it is not for the NEW STYLE pads and we had told her that many times. *** proceeded to then complain to us that we sent another wrong part! We told her several times that we do not have the part she is looking for, and there were notes online stating that this part would not work for her, but she would not accept fault. We did not send the same part twice. We sent two different parts linked to two different machines. The fact that it does not fit, does not make it the same part. The new style pad does not use a hard plastic cover, but *** could not seem to understand. Due to ***'s behavior and inability to understand that we cannot supply the part she is looking for she ended up getting banned from our online live chat. She is now resorting to negative reviews to justify her failure to understand what we have patiently tried to tell her. When someone want listen or admit they are wrong thne it is hard to help them.
