            Ordered qty 40 custom embroidered troop number patches for a ***** **** troop on 10/25/2022 for a total of $124.22 with shipping. On 11/28/2022 the order was marked as shipped but no tracking was provided. The vendor has provided tracking in the past. Vendor was contacted via email and phone. Vendor replied by email and stated the order must have been lost in shipping due to high shipping volume at that time of year. Vendor stated they would remake the order and ship it right away. Subsequent attempts to contact vendor have been unanswered. I was unable to dispute the charge with my card issuer and I am seeking either replacement product or a full refund.

            This company is known for being slow but now they wont even respond to emails or calls. I ordered something 8 weeks ago and cannot get a response. Have not received my order and **** has not picked up the order. Im leaving this review because the company wont reply and Id like my $120.95 back.
