My experience with Hauser Electric and ******* Hauser was terrible. He overpromised, overcharged, underdelivered, did not communicate, and argued with the inspector at the end of the job, resulting in a stop-work order. We were filming a tv show for HGTV and ******* saif it would take 2 weeks to complete the job. He took 5 weeks to do a job he said he would have done in 2 weeks and went on vacation twice during that time. He tried to charge me an addl $1200 at the end of the $32,500 job and he did not ask my approval on the addl he needed that was already included in the original quote. ******* sent me rude texts stating I did something with the materials he left at the job site, when all I did was place them in safekeeping so they did not get damaged. He left the place a mess and did not care one bit about valuing his customer. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service and I have never posted a bad review on anyone in 46 years. Just terrible experience. I would like the invoice of $1220 voided and a refund of $7500, at this point. The stop order changed the scope of our TV show filming 100% and I had to do other things for the tv show since we could not finish what we started, which cost me $7500. I paid my $32,500, which is not the work I received at all! ***************************
