            I had to take a court mandated drug screening for interstate child custody. Took test 22nd tried giving prescriptions and was told a Medical Review Officer would call me for any positives to collect prescription information and verify them. Never received call from MRO and then after they sent positive test results to opposing attorneys in this court case I was ordered to not be around my step son visiting from out of state. Which in turn means I haven’t seen my family, my wife or any of my three children since. Upon this happening I called Gateway and they told me that an MRO was optional and had to pay $25, so I did. Now over one week later I still haven’t heard from an MRO, missed my children’s first holiday as a family, together, in our own home. Then when I call to get information Virginia (gateway employee) told me over the phone that “she’s tried being nice, and she isn’t the one with drugs in her system” and proceeded to hang up. I have prescriptions and that was uncalled for.
