I bought a ticket on the official *** Ballpark app for the June 30 STL Cardinals home game vs the ******** It was rained out, and I was unable to attend the make-up game the following day due to a scheduling conflict. When contacting the Cardinals for a refund, they informed me they had a no refund policy and that rain outs are just an unfortunate situation. I would like to be refunded my ticket cost of $33.50.Review from Grant R.

I attended the Cardinals vs Rockies game on August 16th and sat in section 193 where ************ was our *****. He was extremely disrespectful to me and my friends and went to great lengths to make sure that ourselves and other children could not enjoy the game. I hope this is seen by the proper authorities so this guy can be held accountable.Review from Donald S.

I thought baseball was about the fans and the children. We traveled from ******** to watch the game on Memorial Day just my son and I. I am a veteran and hes 6. This is our first time to St. Louis and the main attraction here was a cardinals game to introduce my son to professional baseball. He loves playing baseball and he enjoyed his time all the way through until it was time to meet players and hopefully get an autograph. We even bought really good seats to enhance the chances. I do understand that some players choose to go home and not sign but when your a player and on the field after the game, dont just shrug your shoulders and **** off children. Its very rude and you made my son cry. Im so upset about this and its not right. I know if youve done this to my son than you have done it to others. This type of major league professionalism should not be tolerated. It was simply wrong and if the St. Louis cardinals are not willing to make this right than shame on you.
