              I had a five year policy with this company five years and filed for three minor claims ( others were denied and I had to come out of pocket) for a car with over 100k miles. They paid out a total of $1700 over four years. I went to cancel based on the policy expiring in 14 months (and purchasing a new car) and Carsure did not offer any probated refund amount but wanted to upsell a diamond policy for a new car I purchased. The policy or working with this company is not worth it.

              I have this warranty and THEY ARE HORRIBLE. They simply do not want to pay for what is required. I drive a ******** my starter went out, they told the dealership to go to the parts store a buy the starter they found online for a cheaper price. Had an oil leak they would pay for the part but did not want to pay for the labor. Had an line messed up with my ac, guess what they only wanted to pay for the line but not all the other services that come with it. STAY AWAY

If the contract holder could provide us with a contract number or the vehicle VIN, we can perform a more thorough search and respond to the issue(s) raised in the review. The contract holder can also contact our Claims Department at ************ and speak with a Claims Representative who can answer your questions regarding the adjudication of the claim.
