Cisar Law Firm and specifically lawyer ****** Cisar-***** not to be trusted. In June 2024, our wave runner was hit by a boat and boat driver subsequently arrested for DUI/BWI. Had the 2 riding out watercraft not been vigilant and swam away they would have been hit and likely killed. The boat driver did not provide proof of insurance at the time of accident. The driver of the boat would not answer calls from us. Via text the boat driver instructed us to contact his lawyer listed above. Multiple attempts have been made to obtain the insurance policy information in order to make a claim. We were told by Cisar Law staff the insurance company would be reaching out. In 2 months NO communication has been received by us from boat drivers insurance company. After multiple requests by us, this law firm provided an insurance company name but no contact information or policy details. We were not able to find any information via internet regarding making a claim. In my final phone call to Cisar Law (8/22) 2 months after incident, after speaking to receptionist, I was transferred to lawyer ****** Cisar-*****. Without saying hello when she came on line she very loudly and gruffly stated Ive already talked to yaall multiple times. I informed ****** she had never spoken to me as when I left a message NO ONE returned my call from her firm. I also let her know she may have spoken to my husband but did not provide any usable insurance details. This attorney stated she didnt have the insurance details. I informed her as a party to this accident I believe I am entitled to her clients (boat driver) insurance information. I verbalized her tone and volume were unprofessional to which she replied I have a migraine that wont quit and dont need this today. That sentence told me all I need to know about this lawyer and law firm. UNPROFESSIONAL. Their client is lucky his only charges are only DUI/BWI and not something related to tragic deaths.
