            I purchased a speed queen dryer from Wernsing's Appliance & Video about a year ago in August of 2022. It was supposed to have a 5-year parts and labor warranty and be top of the line. I have had several issues with it, and even more issues getting a repair person out to repair it. About 3 months ago is started making noise I contacted Wernsing's Appliance & Video on 3 separate occasions, they said that they would put me on the list and come out to look at it, but they never have. I have listened to my wife complain about this dryer and especially the after the sale service ever since we purchased it and i am tired of it. The 5-year warranty is totally worthless if i can't get it repaired. I purchased this locally to support local business and, so i would have someone to service my appliances but that is not working. If i can't get this speed queen dryer serviced i do not want it, and i will just go purchase one at Lowes or Home Depo

            I bought a ** off them in March of 2021...I bought a warranty with the *** that cost me over $150... Mind you, ******* sells **s for around the same price..Their electronics warranties are only around $15-$20... I took the ** in for repair May 2023, Friday before Memorial Day...Today it's September 14th. I waited months for him to call me back, and he never did.. On the Warranty paper the information says "If your tv is over 32 inches will come to you and fix it..", yet the old man told me to bring it in for a Repair.I went out to ******* and bought a tv after a month and I've given up on this business.. I would go to the store, but I'm extremely afraid he's gonna tell me it's either a NEW tv or 0...Please consider before buying off "Medium Size, or ***************
