    I gave them my car to have an engine installed. They were not able to source the engine, so I found an engine. I towed my vehicle to them back in June of 2023. I discussed with the service writer that I wanted it done right, and that I was okay with it taking a month or so to complete. I do not believe my car was touched for about a month. I was told that the engine was removed, and that parts were being transferred to the new engine. This was roughly three months after my vehicle was towed to them. The story told was that there was a death in the family of the technician. According to them that technician never returned to work, and it was assigned to another technician. This process took approximately another month. After five months in I was told that the engine was about to go back in, and they were two or three days from completion. A few weeks later I was told that the engine was in and it started up great. I was told that the tech was going over the final things to complete the process. More and more things kept going wrong. I was told the codes that came up, time after time of providing them with the parts needed to correct the failure. It got to the point that it was no longer making logical sense. At one point I was told that there was an electronic transmission issue, after providing them with a $1000 part to correct that, they doubled down afterward to advise that there was an issue with the throttle position sensors. If the throttle position sensors were an issue they should have been resolved prior to addressing transmission concerns. After more be than seven months, I had no confidence they could repair my vehicle. I was told that there was an noise in the engine, which they wanted me to come hear. I let them know that I would be there that evening. I was told not then, asked to have my car put together and I would pick it up the next day, My car was given back in shambles, missing parts, and when I asked for my parts, they never sent them.

    The receptionist who is also the owner is a con artist who took our money and only caused more problems to our car. They didn't offer to make it right. In fact she said she didn't care and threatened to call the police. They should be shut down for stealing and conning people!

    Ms.L******* husband, Mr. R******, has been a customer since 2019. He likes to bring in his own parts to be installed. We have no problem with that, but there is no warranty on customer supplied parts. This time, there were issues with the supplied parts and this is when the problem started. I was sitting next to my 9 month old son and I did not feel comfortable about how he was speaking to me. He was cursing, raising his voice, and also accusing myself and All European of fraud. I have always given Mr. R****** discounts and appreciated his business, but at this point I no longer wanted to do business with him. I asked him numerous times to leave, but he refused. I did call the police because I feared for my safety. That is when Ms. L***** stormed in the office with their daughter and called me a "white trash pig" and numerous other racial slurs. We did not con you or steal from you. I don't tolerate disrespect or threats in my office and this is why you were asked to leave.
