            i went to this business to do my compy taxes we started too get email and harassing phone calls and bills of way over ******* at the same time this was going on my mom past away and i had to go out of town, I NEVER PICKED UP ANYTHING form them so service was not RENDERED they put my account in collections in my PERSONAL CREDIT went from 850 to 710 i want this fixed ASAP i am also filing lawsuit on this MYLATLADY don't know who the they thank they are i want this fixed ASAP i will *** for way over $100,000 for damages and legal fees you have 7 days from you

            Consumer beware! I had a horrible experience with Your TaxLady and wanted to warn other consumers. I had done my own taxes for years but sought "professional" help this year. The "service" I received was ****************** and dismissive. When I complained, I was blamed for not reading the contract thoroughly. No apologies on their part, no effort to make amends - all blame put on me. Your TaxLady will take your money and do your taxes but you *********** everything they give you. I do not recommend Your TaxLady and advise you to take your hard-earned money to a tax preparer who cares about people and service after the sale. Taxes are hard enough without being treated this poorly.

            This is the response we sent to client 6-9-2023.I have reviewed the first page (as that is all you sent) of the *** letter you uploaded. The letter shows a balance due of $8,754.75 (including penalties and interest). On April 7th when you signed for your tax return it was explained to you that there was a voucher for you to pay your balance due to the ***. Federal Law restricts ** (Your TaxLady) from taking money out of a clients personal bank account to make payments for them (that is reserved for a person holding a ***** of ******** for that individual). The banking information that was taken is only used for a refund to be directly deposited in your checking or savings account. We do not manage any physical money. To avoid any further penalties and interest, making your payment to the *** is recommended. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.Thank you,***********************
