              We booked on VRBO website a rental property May 27-May 30 for 4 nights and paid $300 (along with the other nightly charges and misc fees) refundable security deposit. They waited until 22 days to send me notice saying they've refunded me my money, and STILL 6 days later and no show of any refund. I've tried to contact them sooooo many times about my refund before the 22 days and they replied, but since the 22 days, they've NEVER replied to any of my messages at all. They only sent me independent emails with no way for me to reply to them. They are being evasive and on the one email they sent on day 22 saying the refunded back, their is no reference to a cc that the funds would be refunded and 6 days later (today), there STILL is no pending refund on my cc at all. I've been dealing with VRBO executive officer and he assured me I would get my refund, but still no refund. I need help please.

              Sunny Daze N Cobb Real Estate. I waited to write this review to make sure we got the deposit back. We plan a girl’s trip every year in memory of our grandmother who is no longer with us. When we arrived to the house it was cute BUT there were problems. • Fridge – When we arrived to the house there is instructions left for you to follow. It clearly stated the fridge is working but takes 24 hrs to adjust. So we packed it full of food and went to bed giving it time to work. When we work up all the food was warm. I called Cobb Real Estate to report the problem and loss of food. The lady that answered was very RUDE and laughed when I asked if they could replace the food. She than stated she would refund us for ice to but the food in the cooler. She did decide to send a tech to look at the issue. He stated the fridge is not working and he would get us a cooler and ice to keep our food in but NEVER returned. We lost over 200 dollars’ worth of food. • Beds- King size bed was buckled in the middle and did not support us. Twin trundle bed was broken. And the queen bed did not have a real mattress on it. It was just a mattress toper on top of box springs. • Dresser One of the dressers was broken and leaning on the wall. It was unsafe. The biggest complaint is how RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Cobb Real Estate was. Please don’t waste you money time with this company. I have pictures a proof!
