Unethical ********* ************ hold customer's personal possesion to intimidate you to sign papers. They say they will buy your car, even if you say it's not for sale. They use team work to get what they want. They remove the stick from the car and when you ask to see it, they don't acknowledge your speaking even when ask for your automobile back. This is all done before signing for about 4hrs. I told them I felt like they were holding me hostage. The car they have designated for you to buy which you do not want, because you want you car back and have told them several times, but the have your keys and license to return it. They said they will buy my car for ***** plus wants *****. They claim the car for sale was *****. They add everything together then charge you a 1000 for consolidation fee. So you final bill is still *****. I had to go to Bmt I finally signed and left. I return everyday for 7 days straight. The 3rd day I was told they will cancel the contract and give me my car back. My car was brought to the front but they took me in office and talk crazy to me. They then say I have another type car that's not electric but it was just talk. Finally they say they would pay to have a electric out install at the house. They called and made appointment. When it came time for work they told the company take there name off the bill. They're not paying. I called ***** no one return my call. I went up there they say company won't take there money. ******'s **** says, they have cut check, I ask to have copies. They say they will show me paper. It just look like work order with attached estimate. They want me pay they will reimbursed. I have spoken to customer relation for **** twice who says the claims goes back to ******'s ****. They final assigned a Sale guy to handle me from Use car Sale. He only says what they tell him to say. I have asked for General Manager several times. I heard there is a tax credit if 7500. I didn't recieve the tax form.

******************* arrived at our dealership and inquired about several different vehicles. After looking at several models, she expressed interest in purchasing a Mustang Mach-E (all electric vehicle) that was sitting on our showroom floor. Our staff spent a significant amount of time demonstrating the vehicle and explaining the benefits and drawbacks of owning an electric vehicle. Upon her decision to move forward with the purchase, we arranged financing for her, explained the financing package and moved forward with contracting the deal. We spent several hours with ******************* ensuring that all her questions were answered and going over every detail of the transaction. At no point in time did ******************* express to any of our staff that she was unhappy with the process. Quite the contrary, she was very excited about purchasing a new vehicle of her choice. Several days passed at which point ******************* returned to the dealership stating that she was concerned about her ability to charge the vehicle. We spent several hours showing ******************* a variety of ways in which she could charge the vehicle and educating her on how to maximize distance and charging capability. We also offered to have a charging station installed at her home at our expense. After learning everything we showed her about the Mach-E, ******************* expressed no additional concerns at that time. Four or five days later, she returned agian to the dealership expressing disappointment regarding not being able to efficiently charge her vehicle at her home. At this point, we again offered to cover the expense of installing a charging station at her home. We got ******************* in contact with a company that could do the install. It was explained that we would reimburse her for cost of the installation rather than paying the company directly and that she would receive the check once the vehicle registration process has been completed. At this time ******************* had no additional concerns nor questions. The registration process has been completed and the reimbursement check has been issued. ******************* will be by on 07/30/24 to pick up plates and check.
