              On November 15, 2023 I sent in my updated tax statement to Hancock Whitney and called them. The representative told me that a new escrow analysis would need to be ran to get my updated payment amount with my new exemptions. I requested for her to have the analysis ran. She stated that she was putting in the request while we were on the phone. About a week later I received a letter stating that my request was received and being worked on. On 12/18/23 I still hadn't received an updated amount so I called in once again. The representative proceeds to tell me that the updated analysis was never ran and now it was too late to have it ran because it is too close to February ****, which is when they are ran automatically. I told her that if they would've did their job like they were supposed to in November and ran it, it wouldn't be to close to February. There is no reason I should have to continue OVERPAYING my mortgage when Hancock Whitney has the information and the request for re-analysis was submitted. I am requesting you all do your job and correct my mortgage payment information immediately.
