    My husband and I purchased vacation timeshare through Melia last year. This year we went in March and had a terrible experience. We regret purchasing this as they made it sound better than it actually Is. We have contacted Melia and MA in which the payments are made through numerous times via email and phone calls and no one gets back to us.We want to know what are options are to opt out of this. The customer service is absolutely horrible beacuse they dont even have any customer service.When you call you get pushed around or told someone will call you back and dont. It has been over a month the last time I sent an email and forwarded 4x within that month and still no answer.My husband called last week and was told a supervisor would call him Back . Still waiting a week later. The program is a joke and we bought due to feeling pressured at the time of purchase.

    My wife and I have spent >15K for Melia as the sales rep sold us a quality product that has not even come close to what we agreed to. **************** is terrible, the options/points are inflated and its cheaper for us to book ourselves. There is no benefit to the Infinite Black membership and we have used ZERO points/options. Even though they have not spent a cent on our membership, they want to keep all of our money as we want to cancel. Even the support around customer service for cancellation has been a nightmare.
