    They were the selected repair company from ********** Warranty. They showed up, but tech would not take the cover off and inspect the dryer to look for the source of the loud rattle that has been getting worse and worse. They tried to blame the cause on the dryer vent, but I had the dryer vent recently cleaned and had the dryer vent guy out to inspect it before I opened the claim and the dryer vent was NOT the problem. The dryer vent cleaner said that the dryer vent was fine and to call appliance repairman. A1 Quality refused to take the cover off and inspect anything with the dryer. The primary cause for this type of rattle is a "partially shorted out heating element" and this can be tested with a multimeter for continuity to the case. This can only be diagnosed by taking the cover off which A1 Quality refused to do. They closed the claim without properly diagnosing or any attempt to fix the problem.

    TERRIBLE customer service!! I first filed my claim with ********** to get my dryer fixed on SEPTEMBER 20TH, it is now OCTOBER 23rd and my dryer is still NOT FIXED! Unfortunately ********** protection plan hires this fraud to do the "repairs" for them. He has been to my house multiple times now to "fix" my dryer. After the first visit he closed the ticket without doing ANY WORK at all, he didnt even take it apart to look at it. He told me I would have to call ********** again to let them know its still not working. I thought that was weird, but i called them as instructed, only to find out he closed the ticket without doing ANYTHING, saying it was fixed. So then i had to open another ticket with ********** protection plan. What a joke! I am going on 1 month now without my dryer fixed. He has a stupid rule that I have to call him on friday between 8-9 am, otherwise i wont be confirmed for service that day. Well today i called him at 8:10am to confirm that he would be in ********** today and able to put the ordered parts in my dryer. I asked him what time he was coming and he told me he didnt know yet. I then asked him if he would call me before he headed to my house, which he said he would. Well he showed up at my house when i was heading home from the grocery store. I got a doorbell notification, so i called him to let him know i would be home in 5 minutes. At that time he told me that i would have to reschedule to next friday, another week away, for service then. I asked him if he could wait the 5 minutes which he told me no and then left. I mentioned that he said he would call me this morning when he was on his way and he didnt, of in which he didnt seem to care about at all. I as the customer do what i am supposed to, by calling at 8-9am to confirm for the day, and he doesnt call me when hes on his way like he said he would, and now i'm the one that is out of luck!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
