I am very disappointed. I worked very hard to obtain a patent. I did receive a design patent. They wanted me to pay more money to continue trying to obtain the utility patent after 2 years. The company they use to market and try to abstain a license agreement basically did nothing. I still have no tangible product. I only have an extremely expensive piece of paper. When I last spoke to the lawyer he stated that patents are meant for law suit rights, not for actual products. If I had been told that in the beginning, I would have kept my money. I wanted a marketable product and still do. Those I spoke with spoke very professional but I am very disappointed as I still have no actual product or license agreement. .

Thank you for acknowledging our professionalism and congratulations, again, on both your Design and your Copyright being awarded to you.  Your Utility did initially receive a rejection and we presented an alternative option to further pursue it based on the attorneys directive, yet you chose not to move forward. We regret to read after an extensive time of support that you feel you are left only with a paper, especially since we outlined how a USPTO-approved idea can showcase merit and be turned into a tangible product, if not through licensing, then with independent development.
