    I purchased a ******** ***** **** ******* *********** *******. The purchase was December 28, 2021. The cost was $2200. This was advertised as new. Projected delivery was 3 to 6 weeks. The item arrived on March 21, 2022. The shipping box was broken and mangled. ***** industries told me that they would not give me the tracking number and had not required a signature to leave the box. UPS dropped it here. The box was crunched, broken open, and parts were missing. The metal portions of the bike were scraped by banging against each other in shipment. The springs which hold the front wheels even were stretched. The molded seat component has a jagged chunk missing. When I contacted the company about the problem, they sent me a small package of nuts and bolts to replace some of what was lost. They have not responded to my request to discuss some type of refund or to re-dress the problem that they created. In addition, the backdrop was that the unit was initially approximately $790, and after a lengthy delay I was informed that there was a supply chain problem and the Price tripled. I did agree to the price increase, having no way to establish the veracity of the claim. I was also told that they could not obtain a tire due to supply chain problems. I agreed that they could put a used tire on the bike; no refund for that was offered. I have obtained a new one here with no trouble. Even the new paint was applied on top of a chipped under base which makes me wonder whether the item was actually Used. Unfortunately I really wanted this item very badly, I feel that this has created a situation in which I have been fraudulently asked to increase what I pay and now getting no response.
