Dear ***********************:We were at the Baymeadows Chrysler store for over 2 hours and than moved forward buying a 2022 Jeep Diesel Willys. I kid you knot the Finance Manager sold our Vehicle to another couple that came in 45 minutes after us. We were so up set at we had been there forever. Finance Manger said he could bring over from another store the same Jeep! No thanks we replied and left that store.The next day I found said Jeep and procured said vehicle. It was for my wife. So, on the way home my wife calls me as I was in our other vehicle behind her and states to me something is wrong with the steering; I said Honey it just a new vehicle. The next day we had said jeep schedule at a window tint shop in Georgia right across the state line from us as we line on ****** Island. What I experienced driving was UN-NERVING as a 60 year old experienced Driver. The NEW vehicle was/is all over the road. I called Westside Chrysler to talk to the ** VLAD who never called me back. We wanted to return vehicle or trade for a Certified Safety Checked Jeep. At the end of the day ** VLAD stated NO WAY...through his **************** Representive. Never would I give them my business as we own 3 ***** stars businesses and work or ***** off for 350 clients. Sincerely, **** & *********************************
