I used ***************************** from **** and sons to replace my roof. I signed on to get a new roof $45,000. I picked out a tile that was cinnamon and my down payment and waited. After **** replaced my roof, I looked up and realized it was the wrong tile. I didnt ask him to replace it with the tile chosen. I felt that they had pretty much completed the work and it would be unfair of me to ask them to redo it because of the color, which was acceptable. I did come to find though that the workmanship was lacking. They had finished the roof. I had a handyman here and he showed me a gaping hole in an area over the garage. **** sent someone out and they fixed it. It rained and water all over the dresser in my master bedroom. He gets it fixed. It rained and I had my third leak in the same area that I had a leak in the master bathroom before the $45,000 roof replacement. **** said that he would repair the third leak. I had someone else do the work because how can you trust someone who has replaced your roof with the wrong tiles, done such poor workmanship that there were already two leaks so how could I trust him to do a third? I had that leak repaired at my own expense. I was away for a few months. I got a message from the cleaning service I used to tell me that there was water stains on the carpet near the window in the front bedroom. Now We have the fourth leak. I hired the person who had fixed my roof leaks in the past, and they had difficulty finding where that **** came from but took the time and did fix it. The leak ruined the carpet in that bedroom. I had to replaced it. I asked **** and sons to contribute 50% of what it cost me to replace the carpeting. **** said no. I would think that you will find it challenging if you use this roofer because instead of now having a new roof and feeling that there would be no water issues anymore, every time it rains, I walk the house looking for leaks. No Quality control and absolutely no integrity to stand behind their work.
