              On October 7, 2021, I paid $495 deposit, on a $1145 contract to transport my car from the Ft. Myers Airport on March 12 (or shortly after) to my house in CT. I have called/emailed ***, *** and the operator about 8 times last Friday, and about 8 times again today, with no response from anyone to confirm the pickup. Their lack of responsiveness is going to require me to drive the car back to CT, and take a loss on the deposit. I can't tell if they are still in business. In past years they were responsive. Now, I will need to make a decision about what losses to take (airfare already paid for, deposit to the Company, parking pre-paid at Airport, hotels on way back to CT, etc. I'm stress about this, as I can't see just dropping the car off at the Airport as the contract says, on the assumption that a truck will pick up up. If it doesn't pick up the car, I will be running weeks/months of parking fees, etc.

              This Broker owes our company $400. We have sent in our paperwork as instructed by the company, weve sent them various reminders as well as called several times and the company hasnt been responsive. This company is a complete scam.
