I took my daughters Toyota Yaris for a paint job .When getting the estimate they asked if I wanted a couple of small dents to be fixed and I said Yes I agreed on the price $1570 .When my daughter picked up the car it was missing 2 rubber pieces that go on the roof alongside of both doors. I called and was told by **** to send a picture with the vin number He said he had to order the parts.He never called back After 2 weeks I called to see if they had the part .On that call the lady that to the call said she would I relay the message but that I should cal their corporate number and she gave me the number The corporate said I will speak with **** and call you back An hour later she calls and says **** says those rubber pieces are not covered by them because it’s wear and tear of the car and they will work with you but you have to pay.When we took the car there was nothing wrong with those rubber pieces If they knew they had to remove the rubbers why didn’t they include it in the estimate ? We were told the job would take 2 weeks and it was 3 and the answer of wear and tear is unacceptable to me . Very sorry to have taken the car there and paid $ 1570 By the way I was surprised they only accept cashiers check or cash .No credit cards .I complied with their terms but they didn’t do the right thing by me Maria
