In May of 2022 I had the ac repaired and a new condenser installed at the above business before going on a trip to **. On the way up to ** the ac constantly froze **. In ** I called the company and was informed that the parts came from NAPA and they would cover the repair. Another *************** replaced the part and again on the way back the ac froze up again. I took the car back to Arctic and they repaired the ac again. I do not drive the car but I had to drive it and noticed that it was making what sounded like a sparking noise under the dash, My wife said it does it all the time whether the care is running or turned off. I took it back to Arctic on a saturday morning and a man named **** said to bring it back on Monday and someone would look at it. I went back on monday and he said I'd have to wait 4 hours until someone could look at it. I told him I'd be back and made an appointment to bring it in. He wouldn't even go out to the car to hear the noise. I came back for my appointment and he said I'd have to wait 4 hours and leave the car. I asked him what the purpose of an appointment was. He still wouldn't even go out and listen to the noise. I looked the business up with the state and contacted the listed owner and was told that they sold the business to the new owner. I contacted him and he wanted me to pay to find out what was causing the noise at the cost of $93. They were the last people to touch the car and removed the dash board. Why should I have to pay for their sloppy work and faulty installation of the replacement parts. I flat out don't trust them. The owner was unreasonable and would not do the repair or even listen to the noise. Totally unreasonable and a waste of 3 trips. A dependable repair facility would have tried to help their client. I think there is a loose wire arching under the dash caused by faulty work. If the car catches fire there will be a major law suit and the forensic exam of the problem will support the suit.
