            Over the past few months I have ran in to alot of problems with this facility. There is an employee who brings her young son (6-8 yr old) to work with her. I have witnessed him be left unattended up front (near a med cart) on multiple occasions. He also comes and goes freely in residents rooms. On another occasion I was there and the same little boy kept going in and out of a banquet room where there was a family gathering taking place. This is not the place for a young child to be at all let alone for HOURS. Let's also talk about how things come up missing out of people's rooms. And when it was brought to the admins attention nobody cared at all.
