Several months ago I Contracted them to do a walk in shower for us. After having waited and waited for them to get my parts in and finish their other orders ahead if me. Advertising says can be done in 1 to 2 days. Took them almost a week. Their worker was working alone and with injuries until no longer able to finish. 2nd group (yes - 2 people) come to finish. After they are done and we take our 1st shower in a week. We notice water temp in shower does not get very hot. Called owner of company to complain the faucet only will turn a quarter of the way around. I ask if the Plastic tubing they used to divert water to features was capable of handling hot water after I assured the 1st worker that he make SURE it will get HOT. Owner claims it will and that I should turn up temp on my hot water heater which is less than 1 1/2 yrs old and already been upgraded for this purpose. Now my water in all sinks will burn you very quickly, but shower just luke warm. Invariably I Can't find anyone who wants to help wash dishes anymore. Main worker said there was some part that comes in these features that can be removed on owners request (which I had) but must have NOT been communicated to 2nd group of workers. Please help!! I would love to be able to give them a fabulous review but at this point I cannot.
