I purchased shutters and blinds through ******* who was contracted with this company at the time. After a lot of back and forth to get the window coverings ordered and installed, they were finally installed in my home. After that point we noticed various issues with the coverings requiring them to be adjusted, repaired or replaced. One of the window coverings even fell and cut my stomach since it was not installed properly. I made the company aware of all of these issues and over the course of the last 2 years they have sent out multiple inspectors to look at everything, adjust as needed and order replacements, I was always told the replacements would be ordered and they would contact me for installation. After each visit I would never hear anything back, and then have to contact them again, only to be told that the inspector was no longer with the company, and they would have to send someone else out. So again I would have to scheduled an inspector, and start the whole process over. Finally today I was told by them that they are no longer contracted with ******* and that I would need to contact ******. Not once in the 2 years since installation have they instructed me to contact ******, as they were the ones to order the window coverings and install them.
