Refund and Exchange PolicyDue to policies set forth by the organizers of the events for which tickets are sold on this web site, Atlas Tickets cannot issue exchanges or refunds after BUYER has placed an order, unless Atlas Tickets is unable to fill the order.
All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges. If an event is canceled for any reason other than an act of nature (e.g. rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strikes, or lockout, and not rescheduled, we will provide a full refund for the amount paid for the tickets. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, please retain your ticket. In most cases, the original purchased ticket will be honored for the new event date. New tickets will not be issued.
Atlas Tickets is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets once tickets are delivered or are in the BUYER'S physical possession. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage certain types of tickets.
