I wish I could give this company 10 stars!! First, let me say their product is AMAZING!! We purchased the 2-person *****, and we love it! They do not disappoint with what they advertise on their website- low EMF, high quality sauna! Purchasing/receiving the sauna was a breeze- it arrived quickly with no issues upon delivery. It was SO easy to assemble, and it is exceptionally well made, not to mention aesthetically pleasing. The sauna checked all of our boxes of what we were looking for, and it did not disappoint! You can tell the care that was put into designing the sauna! I looked at saunas for 3 months- researching several companies. Each company fell short on at least 1 of my requirements; or it was an additional charge for each qualification I was looking for. Each time I would go to make my purchase, I just couldn't do it- something felt like it was missing. When I found Vital Saunas, I was blown away that each "upgrade" I wanted was just part of their standard sauna- talk about quality! Then, I called, and this is hands down what sold me. The customer service was amazing! I talked with Rechele, and she was so knowledgable, answered all my questions, went above and beyond. I made my purchase THAT DAY, after months of looking, researching, and still not feeling confident to make a purchase; one phone call to Vital Saunas, and I knew it was everything we were looking for. Since then, the sauna has been LIFE CHANGING!! We love it! It operates amazing! We had one small issue- user error (on my part), but again, when I called, I talked to *****, and she went above and beyond to help me figure out what was happening- she went as far as to consult the tech team and reach back out to me, and it was resolved that day! I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at ******************** and their overall product! I tell anyone I can looking for a sauna about Vital Saunas! You will not be disappointed- BUY THEIR SAUNA!
